'Gwiddiaw Domm Kha', a delicious coconut soup that contains rice noodles, chicken, fresh chili, garlic, ginger, fresh red peppers, carrots, leek, plenty of cilantro and a slice of lime, seasoned with agave, fish sauce, tamari soy, organic herbal stock and lime juice. 'Noodles for the soul' is a poplar order at Nudluskalin, a clear vegetable-broth with fresh egg noodles, chicken, chilli, garlic, ginger and many kinds of vegetables, seasoned with agave, herbal salt, tamari soy, organic herbal stock and lime juice. ' Noodles on land' is a noodle course with fresh egg noodles and chicken, tossed in sweet soy, garnished with crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, leek and a lemon slice and seasoned with sugar, soy, organic herbal stock, roasted chili and lime juice.
All course prices range from 930ISK-1290ISK, which is practically nothing for the big portion of vegetables, meat, expensive spices and herbs you'll be getting. You can eat inside, in the outdoor seating area in the summer, or you can take it away with you wherever you're going.
