Day 1: Arrival Start your adventure by collecting your rental car at the airport and traversing the Reykjanes Peninsula's volcanic lava fields. Spend your first night in Reykjavík, the vibrant capital. Day 2: Golden Circle and South Shore Begin with the Golden Circle, visiting Þingvellir National Park, the Geysir geothermal area, and the powerful Gullfoss waterfall. Continue south to Seljalandsfoss, where you can walk behind the waterfall, and Skógafoss, known for its sheer drop and rainbows.
